Request account deletion

Use this page if you want Maal to schedule permanent account deletion. Your account will be queued for deletion after a 30-day grace period.

Maal schedules account deletion for 30 days after your request. If you log in again during that 30-day period, your account deletion request is cancelled and your access is restored. After the 30-day period, Maal permanently removes account access and personal profile details where possible, but may retain transaction, payout, cash-out, identity, and audit records where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial reporting, and legal compliance.

If you log in again during the 30-day grace period, the deletion request will be cancelled automatically and your access will remain active.

Deletion requests are scheduled for 30 days to protect members, organisations, and regulated records.
